In a first for the country, BCI Jordan signed an agreement with the Gulf Insurance Group-Jordan (gig Jordan) to provide its customers with the option of purchasing insurance against the accidental breakage of mobile phone screens bought at a BCI showroom or through its online store.

This latest offering by BCI is directly in line with its strategy of always putting its customers first, offering them satisfaction and peace of mind, and reduced costs, especially in view of the fact that mobile phone screens have become more expensive.

At the signing, BCI Jordan Commercial Director Jamal Al-Hourani said that the company will continue to place its customers at the forefront of its priorities, and it is constantly striving to increase levels of satisfaction by providing products and services that improve their experiences, adding that this agreement with Gulf Insurance Group-Jordan is consistent with that goal.

Al-Hourani went on to explain that this service, which is unique in the Jordanian market, firmly places BCI Jordan as a leader in its field, consistently meeting and surpassing the unique needs of customers in one of the world’s most developed and competitive mobile phone markets. This has become especially important with the rising cost of phones, smartphones and accessories, and calls for innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Also at the signing, Gulf Insurance Group-Jordan CEO Dr. Ali Al Wazani said that this agreement, the first of its kind in Jordan, is noteworthy due to the fact that BCI is a leader in its field. Dr. Al Wazani went on to say that this partnership is directly in line with gig Jordan’s efforts to provide insurance solutions that are both effective and innovative, constantly adapting to the changing needs of individuals and institutions alike in order to provide local economic sectors with the necessary insurance protection needed to achieve growth.
